General Terms and Conditions

§ 1) Validity

These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between JRS Schweiz AG and its customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the general terms and conditions. Mere access to our website is non-binding and does not establish a legal relationship.

§ 2) Offer

All prices are in the currency chosen by the customer and include value-added tax. The prices, product images, and product descriptions listed are provided without guarantee. Delivery times, availability, and errors are subject to change.

§ 3) Delivery Times

The products are usually in stock with us and will be processed immediately after receiving the order. The ordered products will be delivered according to the agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability from suppliers or lack of information from the customer do not create any claims by the customer.

§ 4) Shipping

Shipping is done by freight, and the shipping costs are included in the price and are accordingly displayed in the ordering process.

§ 5) Payment

Payment for goods ordered from JRS Schweiz AG is made by invoice, and we reserve the right to conduct a credit check and require advance payment.

§ 6) Warranty

The supplier undertakes to exercise due care and deliver products of good quality. Excluded from the warranty are defects and malfunctions that are not the fault of the supplier, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, customer or third-party interference, excessive use, unsuitable equipment, or extreme environmental influences.

§ 7) Right of Return

Products with quality defects must be reported within 7 days. It is the responsibility of the supplier to coordinate further steps with the customer.

§ 8) Legal Notice

Jurisdiction is 9326 Horn. Swiss law exclusively applies.
